"Without You" is the first song from the "Red " portion of "Growth " to be publicly released, while not being the first song on the album itself. It is a song similar in genre to Rock, Industrial, and heavily distorted Lounge music.

DEVELOPMENT
The song starts very abruptly after a synthesizer establishes the movement and introduces the verses and the chorus. The song then is taken over by the beastly massive guitar solo by Todd Orcutt . The song wasn't written to any single person in particular but applies to at least 3 "friendships" Dustin was having at the time the song was written. It is meant to be a song supporting someone who wants to keep their integrity without being attached to someone exuding toxic intentions.
